In its first years, the business grew through residential renovation. In 1988, Steve Hoegger & Associates began a project at the Grotto Bay Beach Club Resort in Bermuda, launching Steve's pursuit of excellence in the hospitality industry.
The young firm was making its mark by demonstrating outstanding leadership, attention to detail and problem solving, and by continuously striving for innovation within the industry.
